Very clean sheets and room, toilet was spacious and very good There is a lake just behind the hotel and a small marks and Spencer’s just across the parking

The location is hard to find as it is behind services and hard to guess where it is after a long and tiring drive

We had a problem with our Accessible bathroom..the drain in the shower didn't empty properly and the bathroom flooded. We talked to the reception staff and they moved us immediately to another room which was so much better for our needs..much larger and a lot lighter. The restaurant staff and reception staff were excellent.

The bathroom flooding at 6am in the morning! Also the beds could be larger king-size at least not double bed size.
