Good hotel facilities with staff onsite 24/7.

Litter in corridors dropped by uncouth guests. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Not your fault as bins provided.

That it was dog friendly. The areas we could sit with him for breakfast dinner and a drink were close to the other areas. Well done with that. All of the staff were smiling and helpful. Free parking and WiFi a bonus. Evening meals were tasty. Will stay again when in that area.

"Appalling stay staff should be retrained or let go"

We were greeted by the receptionist who was unprofessional and made disparaging about me toa group of men when I arrived and was struggling to carry bags. She did not mention I needed to input my car registration details for the car park and I was so tired I did not want to go back out there. One of the sinks was blocked and the facilities were basic and the bed uncomfortable and small for a double bed. When we had breakfast another male member of staff misgendered me not once but twice then flatly refused it and I was shocked by this and have never ever experienced this from people. It was apparent this hotel was being used to house asylum seekers to the UK and if we had known this we would not have booked to stay here. The bacon tasted like it was plastic, the sausages were not that nice. I would not stay here again. When I asked to complain he conveniently could not tell me the address to complain hence I am writing this review
