Holiday Inn Express Bedford by IHG

Used express and holiday inns for years / working travel. Now not only have breakfast (included) but very good evening meals. Retired so not used so often. Very pleasantly surprised.

It was unseasonably cool and would have been nice to have more heat. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast fine only problem didn't have marmalade for the toast

Room was fine ,only thing without the lights on the room was too dark even with the curtains open

Breakfast was excellent.

They have excellent breakfast, I like it, I don't dislike anything cos they have options.

The location was excellent and for the price, it was great value for money. It had everthing you needed and the breakfast was more than adequate. There were lots of continental breakfast choices (inc free from items) and a tasty cooked breakfast as well. What really stood out for us though, was the staff team. Especially Olly who checked us in. He could not do enough for us, and we’d like to pass on our thanks to him for making our stay special.

The only thing we didn’t like, was there was no bath.
