"Best staff ever"

Remodeling is underway but construction crews and staff are efficient and friendly as changes are in the process. Ashley at the front desk is the best. When we see her it is like seeing family and catching up and she remembered us all by name after an entire year. Genove is the most organized housekeeper anyone could ask for always supplying our room ahead of time. Hats off to Adrian for assisting my husband with the channels. The staff make it a comfortable stay after a tiring week of appointments.

"An Awesome Stay!"

Our stay at the Residence Inn at 441 Center Street was awesome. The breakfast was awesome too, it had a large variety to choose from and the servers were great. And Ms. Filly at the front desk went above beyond to help our stay to be very pleasant , in what ever we asked her she was willing to do or help us with...Thanks for a home away from home.

Our home away from home when visiting Rochester. Always a warm welcome from Ashley and the front desk crew. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help with any question or concern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to the completed renovation!

Quality service and respect for my needs were on full display during my stay by front desk supervisors Ashley, Filly, and Andrew and the Director of Rooms Dan Knoke. The hotel has been under a complete renovation and they have bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Despite being under renovation, the room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Very light and pleasant breakfast room and lobby area. Excellent breakfast choices. One huge bonus is the direct connection to the Mayo Clinic via the pedestrian subway, connecting beyond to the Rochester skyway systems. This is a godsend in the winter when temperatures frequently plunge to single digits. I would definitely come back here if using the Mayo facilities. Great find.
