Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

Staff is great here. Filly helped us by calling Expedia to try to cancel an accidental double booking. It didn’t work ( don’t use Expedia to book anything!) but we appreciated the effort.

The management here with Don and Ashley M are great with a helping and caring attitude. I would highly recommend this hotel. Every request was met expeditiously, they were always helpful with calls, wheel chair assistance, directions, and good information.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast delicious, the rooms spacious and comfortable and the location convenient and within walking distance to Mayo Clinic. I appreciated the new and updated rooms, the opportunity for a late checkout and the services of Filly at the guest registration desk. Thank you so much!

Convenient

This hotel is so convenient as it is located in the tunnel system for Mayo. The staff here is amazing and Filly has been super helpful. She is kind, courteous and professional and gave some great recommendations. I will definitely stay here next time in Rochester. Thank you!

Staff extremely nice and helpful.

They were working on parking lot and had to park 2 blocks away and pay $15.00!!! Craziness!!! They should have not charged a parking fee to the customer and paid it themselves!!

My husband and I have made several visits to Mayo Clinic the last 2 months and have stayed here each time. The front desk staff, Andrew was amazing helping us with directions and helping us get to our appointments. Dan taking our phone calls and getting us scheduled in on our stays. Ashley M and Filly always happy to see us at the front desk. Cheryl A and her counter part always had the breakfast ready each morning and always greeted you with a smile. They were good hosts!! This hotel connects to the clinic underground, so no need to go outside. The 2 bedroom suites are very nice and have a fireplace. Very pleasant stay each time and always willing to help you out!!!!

Ashley M made this trip fantastic. I am ambassador level and she went above and beyond to upgrade me and offer me a parking space. She searched my room when I forgot something and she remembered who I was every time I was in the lobby. The room was clean and the service was great. Having a suite for our stay at Mayo made a huge difference and it connects to the Mayo. Thank you Ashley M for taking a tough time and making it better.

Outstanding Hotel for our medical trip to Rochester. Ashley (manager) and her team were superb, bent over backwards to accomodate my wife and me, for timing, hotel Room/suite was large, clean, Kitchen well equippted. parking (safe/secure, indoors) Full breakfast included was complete, clean dining and service area. Desk was always pleasant, concerned, help. Will definitely stay here again if we need another Rochester trip!
