Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

Great location, superior service, super clean room, very quiet, can do light cooking in your room so you don't have to eat out all the time. Of all the other places that I've stayed while at Mayo' this place takes 1st place. A little pricy but well worth it. Wish they could lower the price a bit more when your stay is more than just a week. I was there 2 solid weeks I will definitely stay here again

If you are staying in Rochester, The Residence Inn on West Center Street is the absolute best place to stay! We have been staying there for the last 13 years when we visit Mayo Clinic. Too many times to count.The staff there go out of their way to make sure you have exceptional service! They have just remodeled and everything is brand new! The location on W. Center St. is on the subway level so you never have to go outside to get to the doctors and the hospitals at Mayo. You are able to walk to these locations as well as get to restaurants, shopping, retail stores, and even ice cream and candy shops! If you’re going to Mayo Clinic, you might as well make the best of it! Andrew gives over the top service and is so very helpful! Filly is delightful and even anticipates what you might need. Dan is always friendly and quick to respond. Travis is head of maintenance and he does so much more to keep everything running smoothly. When you are coming to Mayo Clinic, you have so much to think about and having the confidence that your accommodations will be the best possible, it’s just one less thing to worry about and it’s even something to look forward to. Enjoy!

We have stayed here 8 times in the past year. As always the employees are all very kind, professional, and helpful. Cheryl the breakfast lady serves a tasty breakfast bar and is very personable. Front desk staff always makes us feel welcome and very friendly.

Excellent place. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful. Gym is well equipped. Filly and Ashley M went out of their way to help us.

Newly renovated, the updated rooms and lobby are now is nice as the staff has always been. They are warm, helpful and supportive. Most recently when we had a last minute change for our treatment, Ashley M did not hesitate to cancel and refund us, even though we couldn’t provide notice until the day of our expected arrival. When visiting Mayo, this is our go-to hotel choice.

Managerial staff, Ashley, Andrew, Clay, and maintenance worker Zach all did a fantastic job correcting an unfortunate AC incident in my room. They were quick to respond and worked diligently to correct the AC problem and were especially cognizant of my wife’s ADA needs. The cleaning crews also were helpful during this period. everyone did a wonderful job.

Great experience at Residence in Rochester Mayo Clinic. Philly and the rest of the staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms were recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel, great staff, rooms, and a quick walk to Mayo Clinic.

We were up in Rochester for a trip to Mayo Clinic. Everyone I encountered at this hotel was so helpful. We needed to extend our trip an extra day and Ashley M. got it taken care of immediately. I had spoken to Calvin the previous night and he made sure to coordinate with Ashley M. to make it happen. Andrew was great when we arrived for our stay a few nights earlier. The helpfulness of everyone truly made the trip so much easier.

My husband was hospitalized at the Mayo Clinic for three weeks. I needed a break from the hospital cot. The Inn is connected to the clinic so I felt safe and still close by. The room and staff were the best. The staff so kind, caring and helpful. The bedding and pillows felt like heaven! Thank you Filly, Dan and the rest of the staff!
