Great staff! Kayce and Andrew extremely helpful with directions and great dining suggestions! They made all feel welcome! Rooms were clean. Definitely staying here again!

My dad is currently getting treatment at Mayo - the staff has been so helpful to my parents - my dad is not physically able to help my mom and the staff helped unload their car and move rooms (he needed a different shower) I got the opportunity to meet Dani and Kayce who are some of the loveliest humans you will ever meet! So kind and accommodating to my parents- which I so appreciate being 2 hours away. The outdoor patio is lovely, I toured the hotel with my mom and everything was clean and well taken care of. Currently there is a parking garage that is being torn down adjacent to the property, so there is some noise there, but I found parking in the ramp next door to be extremely easy to access. The tunnel system will be handy as it gets colder in MN, and I appreciate my mom can get my dad to the hospital if needed with a phone call and it's very close. They've stayed at the gift of life house a few times in the past 10 years, but with mobility issues this time- I'm so glad he has everything accessible and isn't dealing with a shuttle and getting of/on a bus. Special thank you to Dani and Kayce for taking care of my parents when I can't be there- you have no idea how much it means to us!

This is the only place I stay at when I am in Rochester. The team is incredibly helpful and the breakfast is one of the best I have experienced - free with the stay. The woman who runs the kitchen is a perfectionist who has every oatmeal topping, great fresh bagels, excellent coffee, fresh fruit - all healthy - not the crappy fast food breakfast. Unparalleled value!

We have stayed at this location on and off for 2 1/2 years. The staff and accommodations are wonderful. We enjoy the breakfast each morning and the staff are particularly great folks. I would like to thank Cheryl and Clayton for having a hot breakfast ready early each morning! Tim and Melissa

Good location. Nice staff and front desk. Elevator Access to walking subway and close proximity to Mayo. Decent breakfast. Room was very nice. Kitchen in room was handy. Option for indoor parking at hotel or public garage next door, Mayo West. Good stay.

Construction in area. (Seems like all over the campus). Some noise in morning starting at 08:00. Not too bad.

I was visiting the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and wasn't able to check in until later in the evening. Calvin at the front desk was very helpful in working out the details of my stay. Very professional. The room was very clean, and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rochester as it is close to the downtown area.

Breakfast was to be served at 6:30 a.m., it was always out before that. The two (2) in-charge, Cheryl and Clay, were not only efficient, they seemed to genuinely care about the guests. Polite, talkative and very friendly. Wish more in the hospitality industry were more like them.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Close to the Mayo clinic (had underground walkway). Everyone at the RI was so helpful, friendly, amazing and they ALL went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. GGson Nash said it was the best hotel he had ever stayed at. Besides the people, his favorite was the free breakfast. A must stay.

Breakfast great and staff very helpful.

The breakfast oatmeal was made just like mom would by Cheryl. We were there for Mayo Clinic visit/surgery,6 days. Each morning the oatmeal was as good as the previous morning. Thank you for your efforts. We were there from Aug.28 - Sept 2
