Residence Inn Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

Cheryl and Clayton are exceptional staff members. Took such good care of me and were so diligent to make my stay was excellent!

We wanted to leave a review to share how wonderful our time here was. They have an amazing staff especially Cheryl (the best hotel breakfast cook we have ever had) and Clayton (who helped pack our car for us in the snow!) If you are going to the Mayo Clinic, this is the place to stay!

Cynthia is such a gracious host at breakfast every morning and does a wonderful job with all the food service and making sure that everybody is taken well care of

We have stayed there many times and had great service and the breakfast was great. Dan, Cheryl, Danielle and Zack took very good care of us.

Very nice. Not quite as handicap friendly as I expected for a hotel full of people using walkers and wheelchairs. Breakfast was tasty each morning and Cheryl made you feel like you were dishing up breakfast in your mom’s kitchen. Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to all things Mayo.

Very nice place to stay. Recently been remodeled. Several options for breakfast. Staff in friendly and helpful. We arrive late but check in was no problem. Calvin was working the front desk and was very professional and kind. He explained the parking options we had and how to get around all construction going on downtown. We didn't have any problems during our stay. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in Rochester.

Excellent value if you're going to Mayo, right on the subway which makes it a short walk to the main campus. Cheryl is great, she manages the (free) breakfasts. We are making this our go to in Rochester.

Great hotel when we come for care at the Mayo Clinic. The staff are all wonderful and are ready to assist you in any way. Cheryl does a fantastic job in the cantina.

This has been our second time staying at this hotel and both times have been wonderful!! Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable! Cheryl always serves a great breakfast!

Too make a very long story shorter I will begin with this. The hotel is just a tiny bit dated. The service was great. The food was great. The reason I am writing this is the fact that Kalee went above and beyond. I was hospitalized while staying. I called the front desk told them what was going on and they said they would take care of everything. They did! They even called and said that they had been checking on my vehicle while I was gone for 5 days.
