Cheryl and Clayton have made experience wonderful. They are very helpful. There was one day that we needed breakfast to go because we had an appt to go to. And they gave us paper plates and plastic ware which was amazing!!!

This was our second visit to this hotel within the past six weeks. Our experiences was overwhelmingly stellar. The staff was excellent, warm, kind, accommodating and efficient. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We would like to give a special shout out to Andrew at the front desk and Cheryl (in charge of breakfast). Both were there during our first and second stays. Each time they treated us like family. This hotel will always be our first choice when in Rochester!

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I love the oatmeal bar in the morning. I really appreciate Cheryl and Clayton having the breakfast out early so we could eat before going to appointments at Mayo clinic.

Absolutely the best place for a stay in Rochester. It is conveniently located on the Subway system for Mayo Clinic among other places. The staff is extraordinary. Dan, the manager, is a quick and gracious problem solver. Andrew and Calvin do the same seamlessly. Danni is on the spot with providing helpful information.The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and well maintained by Genoveva and others. Cheryl and Clayton serve up a breakfast every morning that is varied and delicious. The maintenance engineer, Bert(?) is onsite ready to smartly tackle any challenge with a smile. Assistance and a smile are always on hand along with a warm welcome when you return. My two weeks there were the best home away from home ever.

Cheryl, Clayton and the other staff were so thoughtful preparing a different breakfast for us each morning and making sure there was always hot water for tea and fresh coffee 24 hours a day. The location is perfect if you are going to the Mayo Clinic as a patient or for business. A tunnel connects them.

Our family lives a breakfast buffet... The one at Residence Inn in Rochester is our favorite so far..... Cheryl and Clayton were awesome and so helpful. We loved the options that were available. Much better than most hotels (yogurt bar, quiche, gluten free bagels and muffins were our favorite parts) 10 out of 10!
