Amazing location and views of the city are breathtaking, good use of space the washer and dryer, cooker and everything fit perfectly, felt very secure and no noise

The taps are something you should really consider changing, the one in the bathroom is to small for the sink, witch makes it hard to wash hands, also the sink didn’t drain well so I was left mopping up my own spit from brushing teeth, and the tap in the kitchen is unhinged way to powerful and hot, end up getting soaked in boiling water when doing the dishes. The tv being where it is means you can’t watch it while you eat, and as someone who travels alone I like to watch a film with my food again no tv in the bedroom and I need background noise to sleep, ended up sleeping on the sofa 2 out of 6 nights.

Fabulous location with trams across the road and buses around the corner. Great dining within easy walking.

The only improvement would be to provide more equipment, cooking and storage options in the kitchen. Just OK for 2 nights but if staying longer I'd want more options so we could dine in as well.

Location was great. Views were good. It was clean

Four guests and no glasses in the cupboard. Only two champagne glasses and two mugs. No drawers in any of the bedrooms. Staff gave us the wrong bags when we went to pick them up. Our luggage had someone else’s name on them

Clean, fresh, new and stylish. The view was incredible and the staff were awesome.

Nothing comes to mind

Close to transport. Easy to get to from Southern Cross Station. Which is a bonus

The only thing would be not enough shelves in the bedrooms. Otherwise nothing else

Location

Very tired, sliding doors would not shut so were deadlocked so could not be opened. Carpet so worn the carpet nails were coming through. Tired old sofa with hole in the cover. Just plain tired room that should not be let out.
