We didn’t know the pool was under construction when booking. Was disappointed when we couldn’t use pool and hot tub.

"Lack of Communication "

Staff was friendly. The pool was closed the whole weekend which was the whole point of us getting a hotel room and choosing that hotel because of the water slide. I would have appreciated a call before the weekend that the pool was going to be closed. Yes I would have cancelled my reservation and booked elsewhere because I have 2 little kids that is just easier having a pool on site.

Broken tile in the bathroom, cut my toe. The middle tile in the bathroom is not stuck down and I stepped on it. My skin got caught between the tile Staff was not friendly
