Nice spacious rooms. Our AC wasn’t working. Great breakfast. It’s in the old town, about 10 minutes walk to old town/nice shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to the lake. Quiet area and felt safe walking around. Free parking outside (limited spaces) or paid underground parking.

Our AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t hot weather so didn’t matter much. Swimming pool not heated but maybe would be in the high season.
