La piscine sur le toit et la terrasse très jolie et grande, la chambre spacieuse (et disponible avant l’heure) le parking gratuit de l’hôtel. L’emplacement à 20min. de marche du centre/bord du lac.

L’insonorisation des chambres, le petit déjeuner pas de très grande qualité, la chambre un peu vieillotte, le personnel a l’accueil pas des plus sympathique.

⭐ Ein echtes Wohlfühlhotel mit fantastischem Service!Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Como in Como. Schon die Ankunft war komplett unkompliziert und stressfrei. Das gesamte Team vor Ort ist extrem freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Service beim Frühstück: Man startet direkt mit einem Lächeln in den Tag, wenn der Kellner einen mit einem super freundlichen „Buongiorno“ begrüßt. Ein sehr gutes Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen!

"IL CENTRO È PIÙ SICURO I BORGHI SONO BORGHI"

Camere da letto ampie e colazione abbondante.

STAFF NON ALL'ALTEZZA DI UN 4 STELLE, chiedere a un cliente la tassa di soggiorno e addirittura gli extra non appena si è arrivati in albergo lo trovo davvero molto sgarbato. Inoltre ci sono stati consigliati dei locali poco SICURI, poiché la sera quella zona non è tranquilla per niente, e c'è il rischio di incrociare brutta gente o rischiare di essere aggrediti come ci è capitato a noi, perché è lontano dal centro e dopo le 9 diventa un altro ambiente, quindi bisogna fare MOLTA attenzione quando si esce la notte.
