Location, very good breakfast, convient if you have car as they have few spots and nearby blue parking. The young desk man and restaurant staff were helpful, professional and kind.

The bedding situation was honestly shocking. When I arrived with my mother after spending three exhausting days in emergency care, I was too physically and emotionally drained to immediately complain. It was only on the day of departure that I mentioned to the reception staff that the duvet had no proper duvet cover/sheet. What disturbed me even more was the response from one of the reception ladies and the head housekeeper, who told me that they “don’t use them anymore.” The duvet itself was old, yellowed, visibly worn and placed directly in contact with guests without a protective cover, which raises serious hygiene concerns for any accommodation, especially one receiving international travelers. I am attaching photos because this was not simply a matter of style or preference, but basic cleanliness and hospitality standards. Under normal circumstances I would have raised the issue immediately, but after the stress of my mother’s medical emergency, I simply did not have the energy to argue.
