Het ontbijt was lekker, avondeten lekker maar best duur

Even helpen met de koffers was leuk geweest, vloerbedekking in de gangen moet echt vervangen worden, het is geen 5 sterren hotel( meer)

Le charme de l’ancien et le parc. Quel plaisir de se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et la montagne au fond du jardin !

Pas d’offres pour grignoter en journée. Le bar est un peu triste.

Nice historical building, staff very pleasant and helpful.

The building and facilities were poor. Needs a complete refit. Old and tired.

Air con broken

Hôtel 5 étoiles sans le standing 5 étoiles. De bons cuisiniers, une gentille femme de chambre mais, tout fait un peu "ancien". Une visite des locaux avec nos valises, aucune proposition n'est faite pour prendre la valise de ma compagne. Beau lieu d'extérieur, mais on ne se dit pas "quelle chance j'ai d'être ici" Dommage.

La piscine intérieure.

Chambre sans climatisation alors que c'est une semaine caniculaire, nous avons du demander de changer et nous avons eu une chambre avec climatisation portable donc il fallait laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Le Mini bar ne fonctionnait pas, et on sentait les ressorts de la literie. Pas de bonde dans le lavabo ni de gel douche. De plus aucune pression au niveau de pommeau de douche.

In a nice park and the building was beautiful, the food in the restaurant was good and really friendly staff

Arrived and where shown to a room which was freezing no heating, I asked to be moved and they found us a room with heating, needs updating, I feel not worth the price we paid, the breakfast very mediocre for a supposed 5 star

La ubicación y los jardines

Creía que tenia 5 estrellas y no lo parecía. La cena con recomendación de estrella Michelin me sentó fatal y pase el fin de semana en el lavabo por una intoxicación alimentaria.
