Rooms are gross. Hair all over the bed and shower and the carpet made the entire room smell like mildew. Very dirty and outdated

The rooms smelled like an old dirty mop. Other guest were complaining so we don’t believe it was just our room. The carpet was unraveling near doorways. I called to asked to change to 2 queen beds instead of a king and was told no and hung up on. I called back and was talked over and hung up on again.
