Baymont by Wyndham Noblesville

Easy check in and check out. Clean room and very quiet. Indoor pool and continental breakfast. My room had no coffee maker though. Thought those were standard in rooms nowadays.

Property was good. Clean surroundings.

No coffee, tea or water for the patrons.

Easy to navigate to. Room was spacious good bed

The desk staff was virtually nonexistent. Was on his phone when we arrived and entered behind us from outside. We never saw a staff member until one refilled some breakfast items. Anyone could have entered. There is a definite lack of security.

The breakfast was adequate and had plenty of selection.

The building had a very strange smell in it. It bothered me.

Location was good, breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable

The snow had not been plowed from the parking lot and it was challenging to find a parking spot plowed enough to park in. The bathroom door would not shut completely. The room door had a very large gap which was concerning. The second night we stayed there were only about 6 cars in the parking lot so mostly empty, and for some odd reason put a family with 4 small children on the 3rd floor right above us. The children ran back and forth for hours, disrupting sleep and were jumping, yelling etc.. then woke up at 6:30 doing the same. Very annoying. First night a group was partying downstairs in the breakfast area and left several beer bottles and cans in the parking area and sidewalk that stayed there all day.

Customer service was great and accommodating

No coffee machine available til breakfast time. Asked for coffee maker and was granted one to take to room with coffee, sugar and creamer. Would like to see coffee maker in room. Also fridge in room wad a bit dirty inside Lifted up rack and dirt was under the rack. Needed to be cleaned.
