Cleanliness

The parking lot was piled with snow, and we had to park in deep snow in order to park. When I told the front desk, he acted like he didn't care. They were letting loud, drunk people disrupt the lobby. The room was way too hot, and it took all night for the room to cool down so that we could sleep comfortably.
