Terrible Experience – Cleanliness and Service Issues My family and I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Noblesville, IN on January 14, 2026, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the hotel appeared closed. We waited about five minutes before a staff member came to the front desk. After checking in, we went to our room and immediately noticed bugs near the door. Inside, the room smelled like it had not been cleaned, the sheets were visibly dirty, and additional bugs were present. The room was very outdated, and the refrigerator was not working and appeared to have mold inside. I returned to the front desk and was assigned another room. While it was slightly better, the sheets were still dirty, which is unacceptable. When I raised this concern, the front desk employee was dismissive and unprofessional. I requested to cancel my reservation and was told there was nothing that could be done and that I needed to contact the booking company. The employee was on the phone during most of this interaction and refused to provide his name. I rarely leave reviews, but this stay fell well below expectations for cleanliness and customer service. I would not recommend this property.

was being harassed from a guest I've been having issues with, asked front desk to book bottom floor, opposite side!! well, I was given a room on 2nd floor with that guest above me, on same side, paid $94, asked too be moved and was informed they had nothing and too please leave home alone "I'm busy right now, you talk to manager in the morning", paid $94, not even put a wrinkle on the bed, grabbed my 1 bag and left, stayed inside my vehicle !!!!

Very kind staff, the bed was glorious! It was so comfy.

Not your problem, but there were some kids running in the halls and we could hear the other guests stomping around, but it didn't last too long.
