Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

This is by far the best all-inclusive we have ever stayed at. The entire staff is incredibly kind, making us feel like royalty throughout our entire stay. The culinary offerings are top-tier; you can find high-end cuisine with premium ingredients and expert preparation at no additional cost. A special mention goes to the gym, which easily rivals major fitness chains. It is fully equipped with everything you could need—modern machines, dumbbells, benches, and cardio equipment—plus excellent guided classes and support from the coaches. Our stay was made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional service from our butlers, Edgar and Trinidad, as well as Ernesto the sommelier. We also want to recognize Roberto and Juliet at the French restaurant, and the wonderful teams at the Indian (Hindu), CasaCortez, and Italian restaurants. To everyone we encountered: thank you for always having a smile and being so willing to make our stay pleasant and easy. We will definitely be back soon!

Nice resort with friendly staff , we stayed in building 2 which was renovated and room was good, you can't swim in beach but pools are great; buffet and Italian restaurant were good,

From start to finish, this was the perfect vacation! Very family friendly and safe for kids. We felt comfortable giving our kids some freedom to get their own food and travel between pools. Tip: bring your own floaties and bring your own reusable cups to keep your drinks cold.

Great experience overall. Food was good and the pools and spa were fantastic. Would recommend for an all inclusive resort.

I am rating the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos based on its 5 star resort rating it's given itself. Positives: - Food was amazing, best buffet I've had at an all inclusive before, food at the specialty restaurant was all top notch. - Housekeeping kept the room very clean - Everyone we interacted with (except butler and club level checkin) were extremely friendly and helpful. Negatives: - Resort is showing it's age, seeing that they are upgrading some areas but this experience was not reflected in our stay - There was not enough staff around, felt very hard to get help. We didn't get a tour of the resort when we arrived and checkin was confusing. - The butler service was completely useless, the only "benefit" was them helping with hibachi reservation. I never even met by butler in person. - Reserving of pool chairs was an early morning scramble everyday, this is what happens at 3 star resorts not 5 star. Neutral: - No ability to reserve specialty restaurant (outside hibachi). Creates confusion and unnecessary waiting when restaurants get busy

have a great time at this resort , the kids were always entertained , the food was plentiful and mostly great. the room and pools were clean. There is an old building and the rest are new/refurbished. The staff were mostly great. Will definitely recommend.

We had an incredible experience at Grand Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing bartenders—Ramon, Karina, and Jollete! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only were their drinks consistently perfect, but their energy, friendliness, and attention to detail made every visit to the bar something to look forward to. They remembered our preferences, made great recommendations, and always served with a smile. It’s people like them who turn a great resort into an unforgettable one. If you’re visiting, make sure to stop by and say hi—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend 👏🍹

Top notch place! The whales were down right a dream come true! We saw them from the beach! So much to do at the resort as far as restaurants and bars! The sports bar was super fun with its karaoke nights! The staff was great and Rick our butler was helpful! The club lounge was spectacular with its amazing views and food just for members! The massages were great too! We did a boat day with Amstar which was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

Had absolutely fantastic service at El Mirador martini bar. Alfredo and Luna gave us fantastic service and wonderful specialty cocktails! You can tell they take pride in what they do!!
