Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

Alfredo and Karina were the best bartenders on the main floor. Hands-down customer service like no other. Highly recommend you come visit them in the lobby.

We went to Cabo for our Anniversary. The Hyatt Ziva was honestly the best experience. I think the staff is so kind and genuine and happy. We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, which was amazing. Our room was super clean. Maybe the air conditioner was a little loud but other than that, it was great. We ate omelets at the breakfast buffet everyday and went to the taco stands around the pools for lunch. And then went to specialty restaurants at night. We loved the French and the Italian restaurants the best. For an all- inclusive the food was actually delicious. We loved the gym facilities. We played pickleball and beach volleyball with other guests which was fun. They have tons of chairs on the beach, but the pool chairs do fill up fast. If you can rent the cabanas I would probably go that route. We will definitely go back.

I booked this room almost 6 months ago the day before my trip on Feb 12 I got a call from my travel agent that my room had been cancelled the hotel didn’t have availability on one of the days during my stay I wasn’t informed of that but I tried to rebook the room and saw that it wasn’t available I was furious I had planned an paid for this trip months in advance just for my room to be canceled and not informed what was going on I booked to celebrate my girlfriends 40th birthday. No one form the hotel reached out to me at all just canceled my reservation and force me to have to book another hotel last minute something I didn’t want to do such a inconvenience and I still haven’t received my money back yet form my planner. I do not recommend this property to anyone

We were here on a bachelorette trip and Juan and Jorge continually provided us with great service at the pool. They are great and we highly recommend this resort!

Ice machines were down more than they were up. The best restaurants always had a 40 min wait because of the families with kids were very slow leaving the tables. More activities needed in the adult area.

We just got back from a couples trip to the Hyatt Ziva. We were there Thursday to Monday, and by the end we were SO sick of the food and trying to find somewhere to eat and waiting in lines to eat. Each night the wait at the restaurant gets long, and Sunday after waiting at the Japanese restaurant for 1 1/2 hours for our food, we walked out and tried to find somewhere else to eat (besides the yucky buffet and meat they had sitting out in open air for HOURS). The wait at the Grill (the only good restaurant at night) was 1 hour for a table of 2....that's crazy when there is no where else to eat. We were starving. Every restaurant takes so long to seat you, then order, then they bring everything out slowly and it takes 2 hours just to eat. Each day the pool and beach chairs, especially anything with shade....are all reserved by 9 am despite it clearly saying you can't "reserve chairs". There should be workers removing people's old towels from chairs so some spots open up throughout the day. Our favorite part was the fitness center and visiting downtown San Jose del Cabo by uber.....besides that we probably won't ever go back.

Excellent resort! Entertainment and service are top notch! Our poolside service from Jorge Rivera has spoiled me!
