Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

We had such a great week at the Hyatt Ziva in San Jose del Cabo. Everything was perfect from the pools to the beach to the room. The highlight of our trip was the servers at the Italian restaurant - Axel and Israel. They made my boys feel like family and they most looked forward to seeing them at breakfast every day. We did a few day trips into Cabo San Lucas and it was a quick and easy ride over. We rented a cabana for two days and Brian our pool waiter was always on top of things and even brought our boys ice cream. We love this resort and most of all the staff! Highly recommend! Also if you stay here highly recommend walking to the city market one day!

Uzi the waiter at Hacienda steakhouse was fabulous, He went out of his way to be super helpful and friendly. Ny strip was fabulous, flank steak incredible and the corn chowder is a must try! Ask for Uzi!

This is probably our 8th visit to Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. Service was great, especially our concierge Ricardo and Margarita, with her always-gracious welcome to the breakfast buffet. The new pickleball courts are great fun, thanks to Gigi and Lizette for pitching in to play some fun games. Loved that the nightly dinners moved onto the beach - so great for the kids. The massive iguana on top of the roof of the restaurant was amazing - such a treat to watch him (not move . . .). Again, a special shout-out to Ricardo and Margerita, Gigi and Lizette.

This was a very nice clean property but I would not say it is 5 star. If you are used to higher end, true 5 star, this is not the hotel for you. If you are not traveling with kids don’t stay here. Way too many kids screaming and crying everywhere except for adult pool, that is tucked away in the back of the property.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and not having been to an all-inclusive resort in the past, we weren't expecting much, but from the very start of our time at the Hyatt Ziva, every employee we met and talked to were fantastic. From the lovely Esmeralda who made our check-in seamless and pleasant, to Daniel the bellboy, who helped us at every step of the way with our bags. The attendant (Miriam,) and massage therapists (Jennifer and Elìa,) at the Zen Spa were lovely and so welcoming. We had such a wonderful experience and came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. As far as the dining experiences, each restaurant is unique in their own way, and the waitstaff were truly fantastic and friendly. Our time at the Adult pool was most fun because of Raul and his extraordinary entertainment skills (bingo, beer drinking contest, foam pool party, etc.) We couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend this fantastic all-inclusive resort. The only complaint I have is that this was a family friendly resort, and although I love kids, I could've done without all the screaming and yelling early in the morning (our room 2332,) faced the Kids Zone area (unbeknownst to us when we booked it.) But overall, this was an excellent experience and we'll definitely be back again next year with friends.

This place is amazing, food is good, environment is very good but the staff here are world class. Simply the best.We are here right now, as a group 17, we want to acknowledge the exceptional service from Deisi colio at Casa Cortez and Alejandro at the beach Cabana. The service we have received from these two is absolutely memorable. Thanks Daisi for going above and beyond to make sure my family was accommodated. We appreciate you.

I had a great time ar Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The only thing I would add is more night activities for families other than that it was a good 9/10.

Great experience at Hyatt Ziva with this being my our first time in Cabo and in Mexico. Resort grounds, common areas, rooms and restaurants are well maintained. Staff are very very courteous and make you feel welcome. Food scene was very well thought of (especially with me being a vegetarian) and although some could use improvement (Mahika and Bon Vivant), I would still rate the quality a 5*. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go to Cabo and spend some Chill time- 10/10!

The food quality was a bit disappointing compared to the other Hyatt Zivas. Poolside tacos were really low quality and the steak restaurant was not like how other all inclusive Hyatt Zivas don't meet the same level.
