Renaissance Walnut Creek Hotel

Traveled for wrestling tournament so great location next to facilities. Professional staff, clean rooms. Older hotel so heavy doors shutting and hearing people move above you but respectful guests and comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was fresh and appreciated.

It located very near a BART station. Easy access to the freeway without noise. The hotel and parking are very new.

Bed was infested with bed bugs. Reported it to the staff and was met with indifference and a rude attitude. No proper help, no accountability. Cleanliness is extremely concerning. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Bay Club

Unfortunately, the room was not clean and felt quite rundown. There was rust on several items, including the lamps and the bathroom sconces. The sheets had a musty smell, and the bed itself was overly soft and felt very worn.

Most of the experience. Room was average. When we arrived, we had to move our own luggage to our room. Front desk was short and curt and "were too busy to assist". Room service was non-existent. Would not clear any dishes or coffee pots and insisted we clear our own rooms to help them.
