On the weekend, pool facilities were crowded and difficult to access. It is shared with the Bay Club.

Air conditioner in our room under performed, couldn't get out room under 78 degrees. No elevator for underground parking.

The hotel seemed like it needs a refresh. Stained carpet in the rooms, peeling wallpaper, etc. The staff were excellent but there was never enough servers or bartenders so they were overloaded and the food, while very good, took a very long time to come out.

The front desk gentleman who was working there Monday morning around 5am he was very rude. It sounded like he hates his job. He was mad that i asked him for microwave at 5am lol
