I always love staying here but unfortunately this last time the TV volume box was broken so maintenance took over 45 minutes to switch out a new TV. And to add my dinner was a really bad cut of lamb, had to return it. Was supposed to get a discount but never did. But, always all staff is soo nice.

"Staff Now Doing Medical Assessments, Loudly, While You Wait!"

It could easily have had a much higher rating but I was dismissed from the room I booked after being loudly interrogated by the staff ("WHY DO YOU NEED AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM?!!! I'M PUTTING YOU IN A (garbled) ROOM!!" Gave me a room I could not use for shower and when I called down told me there were no accessible rooms "take it up with Booking" which is all run by AI so basically 'f u'.
