We did not have breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean.

The proximity to St Louis Children’s, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

That there is no hotel access from the parking garage. It was very cold and having to walk from the 2nd level back outside and then into the hotel was a bit disappointing. Not a deal breaker but definitely not something I was expecting.

Convenient location for visiting hospital. Dirty and safety concerns. Upon arrival found room was dirty. Comforter had blood on it. Nightstand had dried food on it. Lamp and vents covered in dust. Wallpaper peeling off in halls. After returning from a day out found room door was left opened. Manager said it was housekeeping however room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced.

Location, location, location

We had an amazing experience during our staff. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were in town for a family member's surgery and 4 hours away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We especially would like to give a shout out to Cat. She is the kindest, sweetest, most welcoming person. She made our stay a great one!
