Long Bay Beach Resort

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Long Bay Resort in Tortola! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautiful beaches that felt like paradise. The accommodations were exceptional, and we loved spending time by the pool and beach. The staff, especially Akiel, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We highly recommend Long Bay Resort for anyone seeking a perfect getaway. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Lovely beach front suite, all staff were extremely friendly and courteous especially the drivers and servers.

Long Bay Resort is a little slice of paradise on Tortola. We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The food and drinks were amazing and views on the entire property are incredible.

Lazy staff, dreadful internet service, beach with corals / stones which you cannot swim, shower with only one temperature - very hot, shortage of water for hours.

Food and service was average at best

Quiet time of year. Very relaxing. Great location. I had an amazing massage at the spa. Front desk staff were so very helpful. Our room was spotless! A few of the breakfast staff lack enthusiasm but evenings at the restaurant very good staff and food. One thing to watch out for. We were offered car service to ferries and restaurants and such by the hotel but were not made aware of prices until we checked out. The service was excellent but prices were exorbitant!

Location. Ocean front villas. Johnny’s bar and the swings! Beautiful. Cure Spa was perfect even though independent but on property. Some really exceptional staff - Lesroy, Grace, Kitze, John made out stay wonderful

Generally, they lacked consistent attention to excellence by ALL staff to ensure guests are fully welcome and their needs are addressed. No assistance with luggage at check in and check out. No concierge service or structure to help families plan and enjoy vacation. Need better onboarding and welcoming to property that is tailored to guests as they arrive. Miscommunication on pool bar timing and some staff insisted on being right at expense of guests arriving. Some front reception staff need better training to assist guests- too lackadaisical and felt like they were doing us a favor.
