Location

Seemed run down, the room we were in had a comforter that had holes in it. Very noticeable!!!! On check in the computer system crashed and we had to wait to finally manually check in with the receptionist. She was VERY kind but I’m sure this was very frustrating for her. Also the pool area needs some patio furniture updating. The lounge chairs are crappy and the standard chairs are rusty.

Prices may fluctuate, but this room just felt like such a great deal. It reminded me of when hotels used to have character and werent cookie cutter duplicates of eachother. Will definitely return in the future.

"We would stay again because we got a good night of sleep."

The high ceilings and the beautiful property outside.

The ice machine was down on floor 2. We had two dogs across from our room that wouldn’t stop barking, so we requested another room. Front desk person was rude, very rude.

"Treated unwelcomed! The receptionist"

The hotel is close to the points of interest.

We booked for 5 people. The room was not ready. There were 4 towels for 5 people, 2 tiny bar soap and one small shampoo and conditioner for 5 people. No beddings for the pull out couch. The room has no working telephone, no way to contact the front desk other than going down to the lobby to the front desk. The Receptionist is the most unfriendly person in this place. She gave us a torn comforter. I mentioned our phone problem, she didn’t even make any effort to find a way how to accommodate our request. We traveled and were tired and hoping to have a comfortable, hospitable place to rest . The Receptionist left the front desk, we have no one to contact when we come down at the lobby for the second time to ask for assistance. We ended up sleeping miserably, one of us has no comforter blanket, we ( 5 people) shared the tiny bar soap . I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The new painted colors on the building. Staff was very nice as well.

There were no eggs or bacon as part of the breakfast.😊
