The size of the room was great, but the room was very hot and the bed was hard. I chose this place because of the ratings but would not return her again. The window in next to the bed was a thirty foot concrete wall so that was disappointing no view what so ever

The close proximity to town is fabulous. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable beds.

Our refrigerator did not work, our door key kept malfunctioning had to get them re-keyed twice.

The location Carmel CA is beautiful.

Lots of issues on day 1 Room 7 has broken window in the bathroom on the 1st floor not safe especially for women. Then the key stopped working and we did not have excess to our belongings for a long time. Even the employee had difficulty opening room with Master key nothing was working. Our plans were ruined/delayed because we didn't have excess to our belongings. Hours later we lost our room with queen beds and reassigned to 1 king bedroom. We forced to share beds when we clearly wanted separate beds. Employee said to talk to owner about all of the issues to to get a refund/credit for the disaster and inconvenience RM 7 caused. Until this day no credit has been applied to my account and $1208 was way too much for 2 nights at this hotel.
