The room was decorated fabulously. I almost felt like royalty! The bed was comfortable with comfortable pillows and sheets and the bed cover matched the baroque style of furnishings. Even the room number was hand painted on the door.

The room was very large, homely decorated and clean. Nice attention to detail. Free parking onsite (which is a growing problem in Carmel) and location is walkable to the main town and beach area. Tons of nice restaurants and shops to choose from - we had dinner at the Cypress Inn (Doris Days old hotel) and had a lovely meal which was well priced and lovely courtyard setting. Had a lovely visit.
