Grand Cayman Marriott Resort

Marriott Grand Cayman exceeded my expectations! All of the staff were extremely kind and I would like to specifically send a shout out to Sylvia at the front desk and Nancy who served us breakfast every morning. They have that special touch that makes you feel very special. My second area of praise is for the kid’s club. Juanita, Minu and Dina were simply amazing! After one interaction with my children they immediately remembered their names. There were SO MANY activities for the kids. We were there over Easter break so they had Easter egg painting, Easter egg hunt, and many arts and craft activities such as making slime, necklaces and bookmarks. They also had daily sweets such as cotton candy, smores, and an ice cream bar to name a few. Adults were not left out of complimentary activities. There are exercise classes such as yoga, sip and paint, cooking class and rum tasting. Make sure to review the list at check in and sign up right away to secure your spot. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a beach. It’s not huge but there were two rows only beach chairs. They have a man made reef which made for wondering snorkeling. We saw an octopus, crabs, baby stingrays, crabs and many colorful fish. The water hammocks and floaties were a great place to relax in the warm water. The pool was sufficient but as others mentioned, not huge. Even though it was busy when we went we were always able to get at least two chairs for our family of four. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Jaydon at the front desk was a rock star! He was helpful and friendly! Our experience was great.

From the moment I arrived at the Grand Cayman Marriott, I felt the warmth of the staff at the hotel. I am the owner of a Travel Agency and have done extensive worldwide travel. I must say that this was one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jaydon Robinson at the Front desk was excellent and on point with his attention to detail. Also, Jameel at the front door, Santoh at the bar and Aina at the Front Desk, They were all welcoming and made my stay at the property special. I highly recommend recommend tha Grand Cayman Marriott for Business or pleasure.

Caymans is a beautiful place. The people are friendly. We stayed at the Marriott this trip. Very nice hotel - like most hotels on the island it’s expensive but the food was very good- hotel clean - staff friendly. A special mention to Greson at the front entrance. He made our stay even better with his hospitality and always greeting everyone with a big smile and enthusiasm and truly seems to love his job!

Jerome at the Cayman Marriott made every one of our beach days absolutely perfect. He was always ready to set up our lounge chairs, towels, and umbrellas the moment we arrived, and he did it with genuine enthusiasm. What really stood out, though, was his friendly and communicative personality — he made us feel welcomed and taken care of every single day. Jerome is a fantastic reflection of the Marriott brand and truly exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond for guests.

We had a wonderful stay as a family at the Marriott! The hotel, while crowded during the Easter break, has a beautiful lobby with live music, large breakfast spread, comfy beds, and amenities throughout the hotel. The staff is what made our experience so memorable. Our kids looked forward to the multiple activities hosted by the kids club crew - Dina, Juanita and Minu - who were warm and welcoming. Jerome went above and beyond at the pool, and Siva, Raj and Navin were very accommodating at the restaurants. We left feeling relaxed and well-taken care of and can’t wait to return!

Stayed at the Marriott the week from 3/28 to 4/2. We absolutely LOVED our time there. The resort is beautiful, rooms are big and clean. The entire hotel is lively (out at the pool, in the lobby, etc). We ate at both Anchor & Den and Veranda and had lunch and drinks at Bar Vista-- food was fantastic each time. Highly recommend the Sunday night fish dinner at Veranda -- also the staff at Anchor & Den made custom ramen dish for my somewhat picky 10 year old :). My kids (13 and 10) loved the events / snacks each day at the pool, the snorkel gear and the floating pads out in the water. The beach is small but we loved it that we could go back and froth from the pool to the beach. The resort was busy but we never had an issue finding chairs for our family of 4 each day. Everyone we met was fantastic but special shoutouts to: the kids club crew, Sid, Nabin and Conrad. We cannot wait to return and will absolutey stay at the Marriott again!

I had an outstanding experience with Jerome and Trey managing the beach chairs at the Marriott. Both were consistently friendly, attentive, and clearly took great pride in their work. Every interaction was professional and welcoming, and they were always quick to help with anything we needed—often anticipating requests before we even asked.

The hotel setup was great and perfect for comfort, especially for the kids. We felt safe at all times and service went above and beyond. Everyone was very attentive, patient, from staff at the pool to the front desk to the restaurants. Brunch at Anchor and Den had an extensive range of choices and was especially perfect for a super health conscious family with some dietary restrictions and allergies. The thing that made the trip though was the kids club staff—Dina, Junita, and Minu—all of whom were the main reason my kids had the best time. They worked very hard to organize terrific activities and decorations at a very professional level. The week culminated in gorgeous Easter filled activities which was icing on the cake.
