Stay Express Inn Near Ft. Sam Houston

Was quiet. Competent clerks. I was happy there.

lighting in the room was terrible, cleanliness was dodgy, sheets had cigarette burn holes in them… the list goes on…

This hotel had alot of sketchy people walking around, didnt feel safe, then saw a roach...we had to stay there due to money issues...will never stay there again.

It was much cleaner from when i stayed here on a regular basis in 98/99'. Good save.

This place was very cheap but you get what you pay for. I booked for two nights only stayed one and still paid for both nights. Do not book this place cause you will never get your money back from Expedia.

Upon arriving to hotel, there were several transients in the parking lot smoking, what I do not know. Don't know when they left nor if they were told to leave. For the price paid, I expected better accommodations.

This place is horrible located in a bad area lots of people hanging out all night selling stuff to each other. The door didn’t close all the way . The lights did not work -The queen bed was a full - you will not feel safe at all - not kid friendly - will not ever stay here - I have stayed in lesser value but this place is horrible the worst yet- no Stars given

It was a gud stay ac went out in the middle of the night but other than that was gud
