Dirty, no hd tv, too expensive for the room condition

Problem in check-in, bathroom door was not locking, room was too smelly, not getting cool so too hot inside, no breakfast.

This is absolutely the worst motel I ever stayed! The room was just dirty! The coffer pot did not clean and had mould in the coffee pot. Then I brought the coffee pot to the staff. He basically just took away the mould with water (he did NOT even use detergent or anything) and used a dirty towel to dry it. The bathroom had a wet towel hung on the curtain rob. The hair dryer did not work! I could not believe that the room could have all these problems all at one time! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! YOU MAY PAY JUST 5 BUCKS MORE A NIGHT AND WILL GET A LOT BETTER MOTEL TO STAY! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND FROM NOW ON!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Do not stay here. The room stunk like cigarettes and mold. The floors were disgusting and the room is very small. The one pillow you get is lumpy. The mattress was disgusting. It looked like they found it in the dumpster. It was soaked with urine that came through the sheets. There was no liner on the mattress. There was nowhere to park and there were homeless people around the area camping out. Do not be fulled by the pictures, it is a total dump. You dont even want to step on the floor barefoot. I will never stay at a cheap hotel again. It's definitely worth splurging on a nice hotel than staying in a rat hole. I will be calling the city to check on this hotel. Its a health hazard.

The Staff was already giving us a double bed and smoking room! We didn't even request that!

Over priced for what it is

This was the absolute worse hotel ever. It should be removed as an option. It is a drug infested motel not a place one should pay to stay. Drugs were actively being sold and some when I arrived with my family, mattresses and people were outside at 2AM. The beds are like crib mattresses. People called my room at 2Am. We ended up having to pack kids back into vehicles and find another spot as this place was unsafe. The hotel manger is aware of drugs being done as sje called one of the rooms and said I've told you about this before, why is your door open...Mamager didn't know I was at the window still listening.

I can’t believe how horrible this place was, and at the end to be told to go someplace else when checking out was rude! I complained at the end that on top of all the things wrong with our stay, the shower broke on me at 11:30 PM I’m the midst of showering! I was told, the next morning upon checking out, that I should have told him about it that night. I was being courteous not waking him up at that time to let him know that for the last time I was not pleased with my stay and wanted some type of refund, which of course he refused. He had the nerve to tell me that he had switched me out of the smoking room, which I never requested, into the best room in the place. Best? With no wastecan or “do not disturb” sign, a stopped up toilet with feces coming up, and roaches to go along with the shower? STAY AWAY!

Bad experience. The police was called out and 8 police cars should up and blocked my door.
