طاقم الفندق كان متعاون جدا. و موقع الفندق 10 نجوم. المسبح الخارجي نظيف جدا و يستحق السباحة فيه.

الطعام كان رائع جدا.. لكن الخدمة في تحضير الطعام و تقديمه بطيئة جدا.

Friendly staff and a beautifully design main building. Location is good

My room was located in a separate building across from the main property, which felt less appealing compared with the main building. During my stay, the bathroom faucet came loose and detached, causing water to spill everywhere. The shower drain was also draining very slowly, and water would overflow onto the bathroom floor when a second person showered shortly afterward.

Fantastic property in a great location. Exception breakfast.

The pool, the breakfast, the bed (not too hard), the duvet, the aircon (not too loud), the size of the bathroom

Not a dislike, but found it slightly odd that the make-up mirror was in the shower :) and would have preferred to either have more water pressure in the rain shower OR be able to attach the hand shower (good pressure) higher in order to rinse out shampoo and conditioner properly

Hotel, location & staff were all excellent

It was beautiful. We got upgraded to a large, very comfortable room. Service was amazing. The restaurant on the premises was grest. Superb spa services.

Absolutely fabulous property, staff, facilities, spa, and location. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
