Nice and clean

The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and willing to help. We were greeted by every staff member, even if they were just walking by. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I was highly impressed. I do not think I've been to a better hotel.

The pillows were too soft.

The hotel check in and check out was smooth. The rooms were clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool area was nice. One of the employees, Luke was very helpful! He is the reason I eventually submitted review. His example of customer service was Gold standard.

This Hampton Inn is an older hotel, you can see it in the room furniture, BUT, everything was EXCELLENT!! The room was clean, smelled clean, and amenities were great. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, 24 hour coffee was fresh everyday. Enjoyed our 3 day stay here.

The location

We were on the 4th floor, room 414. My daughter and I were checking the beds, and as soon as my daughter pulled the sheets down, a roach was crawling out of the bed. There was hair all over the bed, and it was like someone just laid in a bed digging in their ear and put earwax on a pillow. I called down to the front desk (Tamarah) and told her what was going on, and she said that she would let the manager know (Quinn). As we kept looking around the room, hair was EVERYWHERE. So we went down the front desk (Tamarah) and were still waiting for (Quinn) to do something about the room. After 45 minutes of waiting, we went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. (Tamarah) said that (Quinn) would not give us a refund, but she would give us a different room. We didn't go straight to the room because we were afraid that we would see more roaches after 20 minutes of looking for a different hotel. We were back on the 4th floor in room 428, and it was like someone had a hair party hair EVERYWHERE, and the AC was broken. I called downstairs and asked Tamarah to please asked (Quinn) to come to the room to see everything that was wrong with the room. Quinn NEVER came she sent other workers to our room. As we were standing there, you could hear the workers saying that, yes, there's hair all over the room. One of the workers walked out of the room and went next door where housekeeping was and told housekeeping that that room was nasty and it had hair all over that room and she needed them to go clean it up. We told the workers that this is our second time being moved around in the hotel and that the rooms were nasty. And (Quinn) is getting everyone else to do her job and will not give us our money back and that they will get a bad review, and that we felt uncomfortable staying in their hotel, and we needed them to refund us our money so we could go somewhere else. One of the workers helped us to get in touch with booking.

Very clean and efficient, nice staff

Excellent property, very clean, good breakfast, great staff, especially Tamara at the lobby was very welcoming and helpful, excellent customer service. The value for the money was also great.

All was great, no complaints.

Great stay

My room’s A/C was noisy and my initial reserve room was not available and switch to another room. Front staff never offered water bottles even though I am Silver level Hilton Honors member. Staff seemed average not at a Hilton level I would expect. More training may be necessary.
