Clean, breakfast the lady was awesome

They canceled my room the day of stay and tried to rebook me for a higher price. The manager that was on duty when I checked in said he can do that if he wants. they need the 2 bed room for a baseball team that was there

My family and I stayed at this Hampton Inn for a Convention in July 2025. From the time we made our reservation to the end of our stay it was five Star all the way!! I want to thank Ms. Telissa Andrews, Ms. Tamara, Mr. Luke, the cleaning staff, the staff in the kitchen, last but not least Ms. Mae White. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and that everything was great!! We will definitely be back, and will recommend any group or families to stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park 4415 Southside Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida

Little rowdy at patio/pool during night

we were upgraded as we stayed for a week. we very much appreciated that. breakfast choices were very good. only issue we had was that on the last 2 days for some unknown reason our room did not get serviced. our trash cans by 2nd day were overflowing and we needed fresh towels. we did report it. day one and two someone delivered fresh towels. but we had to ask by day 2 for someone to empty trash. room didnt get cleaned at all those 2 days! it was a shame as otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the staff were all beyond pleasant.

The front desk staff, especially Mia were extremely helpful and courteous. My room was very clean and was very quiet at night and made the stay something to remember if I have to come back again

From the moment we arrived on site to the moment we left it could not have been a better stay. We arrived having driven for 20 hours with a 2 and 7 year old, mom and dad and then us, Grandma and Grandpa. I went in to check in and my 7 year old granddaughter wanted to go in with me. The front desk was so kind and personable with us. My granddaughter was smiling and just asked, is there anything I can get for my 2 year old sister and immediately they offered her a packet of gold fish and then some bottles of water. Who does that. this hotel does. The front desk was so incredible. We felt right at home from moment one. The rooms were great. Comfortable beds, clean and very peaceful. The first thing our family did was hit the pool. Our kids were so excited and didn’t want to get out. It’s a big, nice and clean pool. there is also a huge gathering area with one of the biggest fire pits I’ve seen with a serene water fall on one side. We slept great and woke up to a full breakfast, lacking nothing. This is one of the nicest and comfortable places to stay. You will want to stay here when passing through.
