This is a beautiful property with very nice staff. I think the garden area around the pool can be improved and cleaned up, even used for guest seating. Overall this is an amazing place to stay and the food is delicious.

FRThe room was huge and beautiful. The place is really beautiful. Really great location and parking just in front of the hotel. We loved the little attention, notes and fruits and water bottle twice a day.
The shower was not great.. Low pression and heat hard to control. The swimming pool is very nice but only 4 long chairs around it and 15 rooms so we could not go to the pool the first day. Breakfast not included which is a shame with the night rate...

Es un extraordinario hotel.
CHThe Location at Valle was nice. Breakfast was delecious but not easy to find out what is included or not. Staff is very friendly. You should speak some words spanish this helps as always in mexico ;)
Room was closed to Calle 59 a bar / restaurant at Calle 59 so its very noisy at night (weekends). There are other rooms in the back of the hotel. These may be a bit quieter.

HUMe encantó la arquitectura de la Hacienda aunque si le hace falta un poco de remodelación (pintura y ese tipo de detalles) la ubicación es perfecta! la comida exquisita, el pan dulce ufff! Buenísimo. El mejor servicio! La gente súper cálida y la atención de primera! Margarita, Carlos, Augusto, y todos las demás personas del hotel se esmeran muchísimo por hacer la estancia la mejor! Las recamareras lindísimas también!! Los cuartos súper limpios. Sin duda regresamos siempre que vayamos a Campeche!
