"Decent but could use more"

Clerk was very professional and had a smile throughout the arrival and upon departure. It took a long time due to new process via booking.com, which had nothing to do with the Wingate. They remained professional as they should.

The bathrooms were not clean, and the toilet didn't flush effectively. The microwave and refrigerator were not clean and had dust and food particles left behind. The breakfast was very slim.

It’s a convenient location for traveling through Monroe, the breakfast and coffee were excellent! Staff was friendly.

This hotel really needs an update and some additional cleaning. It’s also very close to the road.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

1. I could not get toilet flushed the 3 days I was there. But housekeeping flushed it everyday. 2. The shower was dirty with someone else’s hair in it. 3. The WiFi code was not posted anywhere. 4. The TV-streaming would never work and the front desk didn’t know how to fix it. 5. There was a stain on my sheets. 6. Walking into the lobby, it had a very bad, old smell.

Location was perfect, place was clean

The desk clerk had stepped away leaving a sign up. I and another guest had to wait to be checked in. There was no tea bags in room, went to front desk to get tea bags for morning and they could not find anything except flavored type. Also had to get cups from desk also. Breakfast was minimal at best .

"Very Pleased, A Great Location"

The location was perfect for the business trip I was making. The rooms lighting was great and comfortable. Loved how bright the bathroom lighting was

The entrance and microwave light did not work, the microwave did not have its roller for the plate and the shower hot water was very finicky and delayed, but overall stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable
