The pool was closed and you didn't tell me when I made the reservation. I go to west monroe to visit my granddaughter and she likes to swim. I go to your location because you have an indoor pool.

There was no hot water or toilet paper in our room. It smelled moldy and the TV was ridiculously small. Really disappointed over all...

The hotel is in bad condition. Mold is present. The smells of mold , smoke and dogs was almost unbearable. I was very unhappy, the staff was sitting around and the whole place was dirty. I found a shaving kit in the window and the window was left open. Elevator was dirty. Every corner has dirt and dust, front door to the hotel was broken and wouldn't close all the way. Lights not working, carpet in the room was filthy and matted with dirt, dirt and stains on every door, bathtub was stained and shower walls had big spots of glue from old repairs. I had to use my personal phone to get the television to work. Phones in the room do not work. To call the front desk from my cell phone. The front desk attendant came to my room and sprayed a disinfectant on the carpet to knock down the foul odor. I will not be back to this location. Their were recovering drug addicts just hanging out in the lobby. Very disappointed with my stay. -5 on a 1 to 10 scale.
