Light bulbs entering room were burnt out as were the light bulbs over breakfast bar were out. There was no bacon, just greasy sausage patties, and very dry scrambled eggs. Biscuits were coldish, not at all tasty, no gravy could be found, at least in the extremely dim lighting, this was at 6:30 -7 am. The room bathroom door was warped to the point of not closing at all. Chair and ottoman had prominent stains to the point we had to put towels on them in order to sit. There was no luggage rack or place to put our bags or cases. The room tv would only pick up 2 local channels, and sporadically at that. The phone was dissembled, in pieces and unplugged. The room charge was unimaginably over charging due the lack of quality of this facility.

They were there for my family when the ice storm hit and were very hospitable and kind of was a great experience

My room smells like a wet moldy dog. They didn’t have enough rooms for us as they promised!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was convenient with easy parking. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was good. Price was better than the newer hotels across the freeway. Lobby and exterior was clean and well decorated. Ac unit worked ok.

Older hotel that needs upgrades. Ice and vending machines were removed from all floors except the 1st floor. The elevators were slow and walls were dirty. There was a phone in the room but didn't seem to be connected. I tried calling the front desk because I didn't have a tv remote but couldn't get them using the phone. No alarm clock, had coffee products but no coffee maker in the room. Stained carpet in the room. Breakfast with just ok. Offered Waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, instant oatmeal, bread and a couple of cereals. Some of the light bulbs were out in the room.
