the bathroom is worn out and needs a lot of repairs; sink was very slow to drain; grab bar needs repair; shower curtain rod needs repair; toilet leaks at bolts; in the bedroom, the carpet needs replacing

the young male Africian American man was very friendly, explain the different areas of hotel. didn't get to experience the breakfast could be extended until 10. the only suggestions I recommend is get rid of the carpet...holds bacterial, have more chairs, sofa hold bacteria and shows spills, paint lower door of bathrooms at the bottom where you can see rust. clea. bathroom rails under as well as on top. my only pet pea was the carpet, and sofa...really needs to go...it smells and carry lots of germs 832-642-9991 if u need more info. from me.

Location.

At least four light bulbs were out in the room. I carried one down to the front desk but they didn’t have replacements. The lights in the door alcove were both burned out, so no light when you come in. The faucet was loose from the mount and you felt like you were going to break it when using it. Carpet everywhere was had pennants exposed, and wall paper on hallways was not being repaired or reglued. Lights in stairwells were burnt out too. The place is in disrepair!

The area is perfect and the room was very comfortable.

When I walked into the bathroom there was hair on the commode and on the shower wall.
