Everything was great except for not having enough towels, and some of the ones we had were a little smelly, other than that a great stay and breakfast was really good!

Shampoo and conditioner pump bottles supplied in shower/tub. But disappointed there was no body gel wash. Just a small and thin soap bar.

All staff was very friendly and very welcoming. It was our first time staying here and I definitely will recommend. The staff was wonderful...very helpful and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The free breakfast they provided was plentyful with a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beds were extremely comfortable.

Nothing bad to say. It has been several years since I've been to Alice Texas and I still have to say everyone in this town is still so sweet and very welcoming.

Loved the breakfast and the room. Staff was nice and friendly. Only thing i didn't like was not being able to ask anyone how to turn on the shower because the phone would just go to a busy signal, so i had to keep having to call back. I ended up calling the main number on my cell just to get though. That shower though is tricky. I felt like i had to discover the secret book latch on a shelf to open a secret room, lol. Some instructions saying to pull on the actual spout would be helpful. Thank you!!
