Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Alice by IHG

Accommodations were not as described on website, mold in our room A/C unit, only 2 towels in bathroom for 6 people, spa dirty, pool had cigarette butts in it, hard beds.

Nice location Easy check in/checkout process. Allowed us to check earlier than the check in time.

Kids loved the bunk bed room. Two different ac’s was perfect.

I wish it was closer to Rockport tx, our end destination. We would have stayed for our entire duration in Texas.

Friendly and helpful staff

Elevators apparently have not been working for 4 weeks, did not know this upon booking. I am traveling 7 months pregnant with a toddler/ stroller this was very difficult to get up and down. My elderly parents always had a run and had to go up and down stairs. There were multiple alive spiders larger than a quarter crawling throughout our room and property. This visit was very terrible.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn and would definitely stay at it again.

Great hospitality, breakfast and very comfortable beds. Very pleased.’
