El hotel está muy bonito! Nos encantó! Definitivamente volveremos. Pedimos destinado al cuarto porque no íbamos a ir al brunch y llegó mucho antes de lo que nos dijeron. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable.

Los restaurantes colapsan si el hotel tiene algún evento. Hice una reservación en uno de ellos desde antes de mi llegada y el staff del restaurante no tenía conocimiento de mi reserva. La alberca estaba tibia tendiente a fria. El brunch del domingo muy rico

Excellent customer service

Everything was great. The only thing that we didn't like is that for every meal you had to take a buffet which neither me or my wife like. They didn't offer meals a la carte, ony room service

El servicio en la alberca y restaurantes fue un poco tardado pero el hotel estaba a su máxima capacidad suponemos que fue eso, pero el servicio fue excelente
