Elite Hotel Mestre Venice

Hotel it’s clean and quiet. Good beds and pillows. Was clean but they don’t do my room after 1 night , no new towels so we have to re use the wet ones .

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures online. Staff is wonderful. They only give you coffee for the espresso machine upon arrival they didn’t restock us the second day. Not sure if the water was complimentary. Close to the local tram that takes you to Venice. The area looks a little concerning but we didn’t have any issues the two nights we walked back. The hotel is an authorized dealer for the bus and tram tickets so that is very convenient. Only thing that may be bothersome is that the glass between the rooms and bathroom don’t frost for privacy so if you are traveling with friends or a partner, you better be comfortable using the bathroom and showering in front of each other. Other than that we would absolutely stay again. Book in advance for massages! We are half way through a two week stint in Europe and our feet would have thanked us but we didn’t think ahead.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights!

My stay was slightly marred by realising my booking was for one person instead of 2 . I had booked a no refund. Expedia asked me to top up by £17. Unfortunately it won’t let me pay . When I got in touch with hotel ,I was told I had to pay £33 extra per day . I thought that was an unfair amount . When we got to the hotel and asked for a consideration we were told by Marco at the reception we could go elsewhere if we wanted . That was sad to here..We decided to pay and not start our holiday on a sour note . Overall the hotel was fine. Breakfast had good choices.. You have to pay extra to use pool . The man at the bar was lovely and had very good customer relations It’s an easy tram ride to Venice and the bus drops you in front of hotel .

Lovely modern hotel, very fresh ambience. We enjoyed our stay. We had a free complimentary breakfast and that had a great selection of food, pastries, cheese, bread, veg and fruit. Excellent service. We Tried the Spa, which had different info online and in real life. Children can attend the pool in the morning and 12 any time. For the entry you need swimming cap, slippers and a towel which were charged at £3 each plus £15 entry fee, so £24 for a 4 hour visit. It felt rather a lot for a family of three as we were staying in the hotel as guest. The spa had a small pool, jacuzzi, dry and steam sauna and lots of loungers, free drinks and teas.There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, we were sold tickets for an airport bus ATVO, however the bus driver said that they are only accepted on bus number 15, which is the public transport bus. Very frustrating experience as the public bus goes every 30 minutes and it's crowded, the ATVO buses were more comfortable and a lot more frequent. Best to buy tickets in the bus than from the reception! Same cost, better service.

The property was mediocre, not a 4 star at all. You have to pay for pool access even as a hotel guest, you have to pay for a swim cap, slippers, and towels if you do not have them as they are mandatory. They trun off the air conditioning whenever they feel like its unnecessary even when it is always humid in the rooms. Also as a VIP property i recived a $10 crsdit for a spa i couldnt access because the massage therapist was not there. The staff were constantly rude and non chalant and the restaurant doesnt open until 6pm so find food somewhere else. Even when they are open they dont offer room serice. Hotel has a nice esthetic and thats it. Neem to motels with more usefull staff and amenities.

Amazing place to stay, fan/AC does not really work so a little warm sleeping in 20 degree weather at night

Only there for a night but service was great and room clean and in good condition. Also just 5 minutes walk from the team stop so very easy to get back into Venice. We didn’t use the pool or Spa but this looked very nice from the outside.
