Front desk staff was very helpful

Had a room that smelled like sewage, when I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout the person didn't seem to care

The property was beautiful and a convenient walk to everything.

€15 per person to make use of the pool and spa facilities.

I like the public transportation was very close and it was easy to get into Venice and to the airport cuz bus services were there within a block. What I didn't like is you have to pay to go to the pool or the hot tub which they call a spa and it's quite pricey even if you're a guest I think it's $18 per person for 4 hours

Some members of staff were rude and unhelpful, whereas others went above and beyond to help us, we had two rooms and one room had a broken fridge and safe. The other rooms was working until our second day and the safe broke the battery ran out with all our valuable stuck inside we told the desk in the morning and they said they will sort it whilst we went out for the day we arrived back after dinner to find another safe just dumped next to the wardrobe the guy behind the desk said it wasn’t his problem two members of staff then helped but left as their shift was finishing after five mins, other safe wasn’t even programmed and was useless. Shower wasn’t fully clean and mould on ceiling, hairs on bathroom floor also. Struggled to find anywhere for food unless your willing to walk a mile or two elsewhere your limited to two or three restaurants. Be careful on where though as some were very hostile and had waiters and older gents making young girls feel very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Da pinos which is a short walk to mestre town centre we ate there three or four times as we felt safe and food was amazing Transport into Venice is very simple however and was a fairly easy process. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again mostly due to rudeness from staff, as I say not all were rude some where amazing. But it was mostly a battle to get anything sorted

The services provided, particularly the spa access needs more clarity.I feel like even though spa access was purchased initially,there is always a possibility that you pay again for its access.I'm not talking about the specific spa services .Prudence is required at all time. Besides,it'd have been great to get the access directly assigned to the room access card to avoid continually going to the reception.Small things like that may alter negatively your stay.

All staff is friendly and helpful, but the room inside seems a bit old ...

the spa need to pay separately and still have to pay for the towel

The self-catering facilities in the apartment were very limited, and the nearest supermarket was quite a wall away. The room itself was fine, and the staff were very good. It would have been good to actually be able to use the spa facilities (the reason we booked that hotel) without having to pay a surcharge. The additional costs of using the spa need to be clearer on Expedia when booking. The location near the tram made it easy to get into Venice.
