Elite Hotel Mestre Venice

The air conditioning was broken the first night and the room was unbearably hot. The air quality was poor, so sleeping with the window open helped, but created another problem because we could not breathe comfortably. The evening person on staff, Francesco, was completely unaccommodating. When we asked for a fan, he said he was hot too and he only had one fan. The day manager (Marco) provided assistance to make it right, but it required effort and multiple conversations for it to be done correctly. They did not communicate effectively and we had to repeat multiple times that our breakfast was complimentary and we were able to access the sauna and terrace. We chose this hotel for convenience to/from the airport, but it was a horrible way to spend my anniversary. The only “4 star” thing about this hotel is the lobby. The rooms are worn and had rust, dry rotted wood door frames and dated showers and overall design. Do not recommend.

Perfect location for day trips to Venice

We had a terrible experience, so not recommend. AC did not work for most of my stay and staff refused to do anything about it.

We were on the top floor of the hotel and the ceiling in our room was VERY slow. There were parts where we had to duck and couldn’t stand, including to get to the other side of the bed. Also loud, it sounded like chairs scraping and people walking above us but again, we were on the top floor. Very clean and nice facility though

The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Beautifully decorated but they would only provide us with one key which made it very difficult for my husband and I to come and go seperatly as we pleased. The air conditioning was also not very effective and the toilet paper tissue was incredibly rough.

Good location if you want to get to the center of Venice by tram, breakfast is fine, you may need to pay extra if you want a different type of eggs for breakfast. The duvet is not covered with a cover, but you get two sheets, which is not appropriate for such a hotel.

It wasn’t bad experience but not Good enough also, Front office staffs some was nice but some of them was Rude. For House Guests also Swimming pool has to pay separately that’s Ridiculous. If you already paid nearly €200 for 1 night and pay extra to use swimming pool. On Marketing purposes their selling point is pool and they taking extra €30 for use a pool one time access only. In future I won’t go back again..

Beautiful building. Location is also great 15 min from the airport and even right next to bus stop that takes you to airport At the reception brunette younger girl was soooo helpful. Seriously what a nice spot. I even went for a massage what was not expensive either. Their spa is tremendous only 15€ per day extra. Highly recommend y’all staying there.

We try tp cancel the booking but it hotel did not cancel it and we last our payment and never used the hotel
