Great staff and good location.

Access was a little difficult!

Only 2 ice machines. One was out of order and the other was mostly out of ice. Stayed 5 nights and there was no cleaning service or no check for clean towels, had to go to front desk for more toilet paper. Had to have key rekeyed 3 times. One morning had to wait. On breakfast. Probably won’t stay there again.

That the pool was stated to be running but then was not.

The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful.

It was a decent location to the highways

It was very dirty and had a terrible smell. The staff was poorly dressed..extremely sloppy and not appropriately dressed for work. They were not professional at all. The parking lot was absolutely terrible. Right where you pull in was a HUGE grate that was collapsed making a pothole at least 12” deep that my truck tire went into. We needed an extra pillow and the gentleman said they had none. We took the kids down to the pool and it was cold, rusted and stained at the bottom and the entire facility was just filthy.
