Dirty room, wet floor downstairs, the pool was closed down, and ice machine was broken and vending machine took all my money and wouldn't give it back.

First room they gave us the bathroom ceiling was collapsed. We went to get a new room and saw water damage on lower level of building. Rooms very old and beds were so uncomfortable.

Couldn't use pool heater was broken. I was looking forward to a good swim after being at hospital all day while my mother had surgery.
