Cleanliness , smell , water in the hallways , no locks on the exterior doors after hours,

We were in a handicap room. It only had 1 shower curtain,it wouldn’t stay inside shower . Water was all over floor. Also the room was to be smoke free. Entire room smelled really bad of smoke.

Staff was the best

The bed was a little hard and the covers light

Customer service is excellent! There for state swim meet. Adjusted breakfast times to accommodate early swimmers. Kind and friendly staff! Stayed with them the last three years. Highly recommend! Older facility but clean and communicate.

The shower. The water was HOT, the pressure was AMAZING!!

Our expectations we not high since this was a cheap room, available in the area. So, this review isn't about good or bad- what i liked or didnt like. Its about my true, honest opinion. Check in was easy but the guy at the desk had trouble keying our room keys. He ended up with 3 room keys in his hand and gave us 2. Not sure what he did with the 3rd, which made my mind race. He wasn't much of a talker so there was no guidance as to how to get to our room or where the elevator was. We ended up at the stairs which was soak and wet with a fan drying the carpets.. Apparently the rain runs down the hill into the first floor- we took the stairs to find our room but levels were not clearly marked and we ended up on the 3rd floor. It was smelly, garbage over flowing...it truly scared us. We found the elevator and went to the 2nd floor, where we should have been to begin with. The floor was less smelly, a bit cleaner, the garbage empty. We found our room, it surprisingly smelled clean and pleasant. It was cozy- the bathroom was pretty SMALL but managed. The bed was clean and comfy for me but the hubby didn't think it waa comfy. I didnt see no bugs. I got a decent nights sleep. Overall, its what we expected at the price we paid.

The beds were uncomfortable. There was water all in the hallway. They had fans everywhere.
